Procedure

Parents are welcome to fill in an application form at any time throughout the school year. The student will then be given an appointment for an entrance test which will be scheduled at the student’s convenience. The exam includes English Language, Mathematics, Science and SecondLanguage.

After the test, both the student and parent will be interviewed by the Academic Director in order to help determine the suitability of the student to the meticulous program of study at Dar Al Majd International School.

The student will be accepted into the school if: She/he passes the entrance exam. If the student does not pass the exam, she/he may be allowed to take a retest exam at the discretion of the Academic Director. The student is within the appropriate age range for the grade to which she/he is applying, according to the MOE requirements.

Documents Required

• A copy of Passport of the candidate and the parent.

  A copy of the student's birth certificate.

  A copy of Residency ID/Iqama of the candidate and the parents.

  A copy of the child's vaccination certificate and completion of Health Information Document.

  6 recent photos of the candidate( 4 passport size and 2 stamp size)

  Previous school report cards.

Transferees from schools within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• Original Transfer/ Leaving Certificate of the school last attended.
• A student must have an Equivalence Certificate from the Ministry of Education.
• There will be no acceptance for any child who is under the appropriate age.
• Students who are transferred from another school must have a report card for the last two (2) years and a student file, which includes all report cards.
