ADMISSION PROCEDURE

At Dar Al Majd International School, we welcome applications throughout the academic year. Our admission process ensures that students are well-prepared to thrive in our academically rigorous and value-driven learning environment.

Step 1: Application Submission

Parents can submit the admission application form at any time during the school year.

Step 2: Entrance Test

Once the application is received, students will be scheduled for an entrance test at their convenience. The test assesses proficiency in:
📖 English Language
➗ Mathematics
🔬 Science
🗣 Second Language

Step 3: Student & Parent Interview

Following the entrance test, both the student and parents will meet with the Academic Director. This interview helps assess the student’s suitability for our academic program and provides an opportunity for families to learn more about the school.

Step 4: Admission Decision

A student will be granted admission if:
✅ They pass the entrance test.
✅ They meet the age criteria as per the Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.
✅ If a student does not pass the test, a retest may be offered at the discretion of the Academic Director.

Documents Required

Document 2:

A copy of the student’s birth certificate.

Document 4:

A copy of the child’s vaccination certificate and completion of Health Information Document.

Document 6:

Previous school report cards & transcripts.

Transferees from schools within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• Original Transfer/ Leaving Certificate of the school last attended.
• A student must have an Equivalence Certificate from the Ministry of Education.
• There will be no acceptance for any child who is under the appropriate age.
• Students who are transferred from another school must have a report card for the last two (2) years and a student file, which includes all report cards.
